- EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We offer 7 Days Exchange / Return policy for our valued customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept Exchange / Return for items within 7 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for an Exchange / Return, you have to claim your Exchange / Return within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your Exchange / Return. In case of return the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged or used in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an Exchange / Return. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our Customer Support Team.
- Term & Conditions:
1. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
2. Shoe article can be Exchange / Return within 7 days of purchase. (ONLY IF NOT USED)
3. If due to any reason customer wants to Exchange / Return the shoe only delivery charges will be deducted.
4. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the Exchange / Return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for Exchange / Return.
5. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your Exchange / Refund.
