EXCHANGE & RETURNS

At The GOAT, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself less than completely satisfied and wish to initiate a return or exchange, please take a moment to review our policy below.

Extended Return Period

We offer an extended 28-day return policy for all products that remain unworn or unused. To initiate a return or exchange, kindly notify us of your intention within 28 days of your order placement. Please ensure that the goods are received by us within 14 days from the date of your notification. Returns received outside of this specified timeframe may regrettably not be processed.

Item Condition

It is of utmost importance to ensure that all products are returned in the same pristine, unworn, and unused condition in which they were initially received. Returns displaying any signs of wear or damage, such as creased uppers or scuffed leather soles, may not be eligible for a refund and could incur a charge reflecting a loss in value, which will be deducted from your refund. When trying on footwear, please exercise care and do so on carpeted floors.

How to Initiate a Return

To commence the return process, please reach out to our customer care team via Phone/WhatsApp at +44 7462 072902 or through email thegoatofficial4@gmail.com. Kindly provide the details of your order and the products you wish to return. The returned goods must be securely packaged in their original packaging, and you assume responsibility for the condition of the products during transit.

After packaging, kindly take the parcel to your nearest DHL service or an alternate courier point and dispatch it to our designated address.

Exchanges

Regrettably, we do not currently offer an exchange service. To acquire a replacement for your unwanted item(s), please return the original purchase and place a new order for the replacement product(s).

Faulty Goods

If you suspect that a product is faulty, please contact our customer care team immediately, preferably before attempting to wear the item. Should the reported fault be attributed to wear and tear after the product has been worn, we may not be able to assume responsibility. In most cases, a collection of the product will be scheduled for an inspection. Following the assessment, we will promptly contact you to discuss the appropriate resolution.

It is important to note that some returned items are carefully examined and restored before being placed back in our inventory. Very minor creasing resulting from trying on a product is not considered a fault and will not be deemed as such.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will conduct a thorough examination of the items to evaluate their condition before processing a refund. Products not returned in their original, new, and unworn condition may be subject to a charge deducted from the refund or may not be accepted for a refund at all.

Once a refund is authorized, you will receive a confirmation notification indicating that the process has been completed, and the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase, with the exception of any return shipping costs, which are outlined in the "How to Initiate a Return" section. If the entire order is returned, the original shipping cost will also be refunded. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
